Alec and Max have spent a lot of time and done some amazing interviews on their podcast and bring a unique perspective to our interview because they are both working ski instructors working their way through various instructor systems.  

I talk to the guys about skiing at a higher level and things learnt about skiing going through various training.  We also chatted about fixed boot snowboarding, GS training and retro equipment.

At the time of the interview, Alec was in New Zealand working as a ski and snowboard instructor there.  Max works in the film industry and teaches snowboarding in the UK.
